I am devoted to growth, transformation, and conscious evolution. Like all meaningful and deep change that occurs in one’s life, my path was shaped by struggle. Through contrast, challenge, education, and lived experience, I learned how to heal; I learned how to release identities that no longer fit, and remembered who I have always been meant to be. After more than two decades as a Registered Nurse and Psychotherapist, I turned my clinical knowledge inward, applying it to my own evolution. What emerged was not just healing, but a profound reclamation of self.

Today, I speak and mentor around Identity work and the Magic in the Struggle, through the understanding that our lived experiences are not obstacles to overcome, but invitations to awaken. I guide people to discover and understand the stories they have told themselves that are holding them back so that they can reclaim their voice, and step into the most authentic expression of who they were always meant to be. When struggle is met with awareness, it becomes the catalyst for our grandest evolution. It becomes the new pen in hand that allows us to write our own story.
